Send us a message

Tell us a little about your case and the next date on any notice. An attorney's office will call or email you back. Fields marked * are required.

What to have ready

A first conversation goes faster when you can answer three questions: where your case is (with USCIS, in immigration court, or on appeal), the next date on any notice you have received, and the date you entered the United States. If you have them, gather these documents before you call:

  • Your Form I-589 and any declaration you filed with it
  • Any Notice to Appear, hearing notice or decision from the immigration court
  • Receipt notices and letters from USCIS, including any fee notice
  • Your work permit card, if you have one, and the date it expires

Before you send us anything

Please do not email your full case file before you have spoken with an attorney. Contacting us does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, and we cannot treat information as confidential until we have checked for conflicts. A short description of the problem and your next date is enough to start.
